Lansing Auto Repair

I recently took my car in for two issues, including a tire leak. The first issue was fixed, but after several days I noticed the tire was leaking again. I called Vision and they picked the car up at my house, discovered I had yet another puncture, repaired the tire at no cost, and returned it. Everyone I dealt with in both interactions was very nice. I've used them before and been satisfied, but this was above and beyond.

As always, the team did an excellent job repairing our car. We greatly appreciate the time, care and expertise from each member of the team at Vision. They always fully explain necessary repairs and get the job done on time.

Have been coming to Vision Auto for ten years. Its the only place I trust my vehicles to be repaired. Always fixed correctly and their personal service is amazing.

I was able to schedule my service the next day and dropped off my wife's car the next morning. She and I went out for breakfast and soon after got a call that her car was ready. How convienient!

Darren and the guys are great. Had some big, heavy motor home tires mounted and balanced.

Prompt in service and calling when the service has changed. It's pretty cool when they'll pick you up and drop you off. Keep up the good work!
