I would like to THANK Corey and his staff for providing outstanding customer service to me today. I had an emergency with a tire today which resulted in needing four new tires. They were able to get me new tires and get them on in a significantly small window of time. I am extremely satisfied for the above and beyond service and will be using them going forward. Thank you!

Fixed my boyfriend’s car after a black ice incident. When my car started to make a bad noise, I knew I trusted them. They gave a fair estimate and explained what the problem was over the phone, before fixing it. Got it fixed within one day, even if it did take 8 hours. Will go back if I have anymore problems.

Had a blowout on a company fleet vehicle. Cory at Vision was very helpful in ordering a tire ASAP and finding a replacement when the tire wasn’t delivered in time. Service was fast, accurate, and professional. The thank you card and hard candy left in the cup holder really pushed this positive review over top. Thanks to Vision for all of the help.

They are never on time. Whether picking up your vehicle or timeline for repairs they are always late. The excuse is always “we forgot” “oh sorry system error” when they just never show up to pick up your vehicle. I have to call every single time to “remind” them that they made an appt to pick up my vehicle. Not only am I now paying them huge sums of money to repair my car but I have to continue to reschedule my entire life around them “forgetting” about my vehicle appt.

That’s a terrible experience. I’m truly sorry that that happened and it sounds like that’s not the first time. We are always trying to improve our process and I would love to speak with you about your experience and how we can keep this from happening in the future. The people are nice but when I called and explained my issue and car type and asked very detailed questions they told me $75 for inspection so i schefuled the appointment. When my husband took the car in they told him $140. That's a huge jump in price. So that made me feel like they told me a lower price to get me there and then went up. Money is tight and I would've appreciated not to get the bait and switch. I already had it in my mind that I would have them fix my car but after that I didn't feel I could trust the costs

We do try to be as accurate as possible when we talk on the phone. Initially the symptoms that were described led our adviser to quote battery testing. When the vehicle arrived and the symptoms were again described and more detail led us to offer starter testing and not just the battery. Unfortunately the starter on your Porsche is in the engine valley under the intake manifold and not easy or cheap to access for testing or replacement. We are sorry that you lost trust over this and we have talked about how to better communicate internally when quoting is done over the phone to avoid this experience.

Highly recommend!! This was my first time taking my car here and they were excellent. They were friendly and communicated with me every step of the way. They were even able to fix a problem that I was told by other shops could only be done by a dealer. They completed the work quickly and were transparent with pricing. I will definitely be returning!

I normally do all of my vehicle repairs on my own but if I can't this is the only place I will come to. Amazing people and top quality work. Darren is wonderful & they employ some of the top quality technicians that they can get. Fair pricing too. They don't try to upsell you either which is very common in this trade. I've recommended numerous family & friends in the Lansing area to them exclusively and all of them have been more than pleased.

I usually don’t take time to leave reviews but in this case I feel compelled to do so . Very satisfied and impressed with the service I received today at the Jackson vision tire and auto location. I know my way around a car and a garage and usually do my own work when possible. I brought my car in for a custom alignment. Darren the shop owner did a great job. Everyone was very nice and professional. Top notch business. Will recommended to others and will be returning in the future if needed. Thanks again
