Vision is top notch. I bring my truck here for regular service and my wife's van as well. They are always friendly on the phone and helpful in explaining what work needs to be done. They are trustworthy and do great work!

Traveling from out of state and noticed someone wrong with my car. I was recommended to this place and had set up an appointment. I got in and was told my alignment was off which they fixed right away. I had other services done, checking my battery to the trend on my tires. I had asked for other services that they had but one of that surprised me was the service of driving you home so you wouldn’t be stuck there the whole time. The service was great because I felt welcomed and heard. Most places even back at home doesn’t make me feel comfortable to ask for help.

Super friendly customer service. Their free pick up and delivery service is amazing, I can have my vehicle repaired while I am at home or work and they will pick it up and have it back quickly. Beats having to get out in this freezing weather as well. If you're looking for an auto repair shop this is the place!

Had to be at the hospital for my wife to get testing 😣. Had a flat tire on the way there called vision tire@ Auto told them what was going on. They told me to come on down. They immediately got me in they even pulled a vehicle out just to get me in and out. Cause it was a emergency. I highly recommend this place 😊. they're very kind and generous and a great staff of workers. Please just give them a try.

Wonderful place to service your vehicle. I've brought my 2008 Mitsubishi lancer here multiple times to service and they've done a great job as always. Would recommend this place over any other auto service location in the Lansing area. They even offer to give you a ride or pick you up if you don't wanna wait in the store for a very long period of time.
