Vision is top notch. I bring my truck here for regular service and my wife's van as well. They are always friendly on the phone and helpful in explaining what work needs to be done. They are trustworthy and do great work!

Super friendly customer service. Their free pick up and delivery service is amazing, I can have my vehicle repaired while I am at home or work and they will pick it up and have it back quickly. Beats having to get out in this freezing weather as well. If you're looking for an auto repair shop this is the place!

I had some issues with my brakes, so I brought it in to Vision. Everyone that I've spoken with that works there is incredibly nice and accommodating. They gave me a ride back to my house and picked me up when it was done. Their prices are competitive, and the customer service is top of the line. I'll forever go to Vision for my auto repairs.

The staff are some of the most amazing people I have ever met -- very friendly, considerate, and honest. They fit me in their schedule, even when they were slammed. I have never had such a pleasant experience with with an auto shop, ever. I highly recommend Vision Tire and Auto in Lansing, MI.

I love Vision Tire and Auto. As a mom of two young children, it's hard to coordinate getting my vehicle dropped off, be without a car, and then pick it back up - all while swapping out car seats etc. It is a huge plus and blessing to have Vision come and PICK UP my car at my house and return it when the work is completed. So grateful to have found this shop!
